7th Generation Diapers Review and Giveaway!

I had the awsome oppertunity of getting a try out a package of 7th Generations new Free and Clear diapers. Now, I am a cloth diaper user, full time and can honestly say, new baby Luz has never been in a plastic diaper. I never liked the idea of all the chemicals next to her skin, getting wet, YUCK it grosses me out! The thing is, sometimes going out, or at night,I just want a break from all the cloth. Its an extra chore in my life that gets added in. So getting to try these diapers, AMAZING!

What Seventh Generation leaves out is just as important as what they put in. Free & Clear diapers do not include chlorine processing, fragrances, latex and petroleum based lotions. In an effort to contribute less overall landfill waste and continue to ensure a premium standard of absorbency, the new Free & Clear diapers have been redesigned with a lighter-weight core. With processed chlorine-free wood pulp in Free & Clear diapers, Seventh Generation also makes certain that no chlorine is released into the environment during the totally chlorine-free (TCF) whitening process of the diapers and training pants.

Seventh Generation has also reduced the size of the diapers’ plastic packaging, meaning that each pack now contributes even less overall landfill waste than before. In fact, Seventh Generation Free & Clear diaper packaging can now be recycled at local supermarkets where plastic bag recycling collection boxes are available.

Now for my review, they are a horrible ugly brownish color, but as ugly as they look, I kinda LIKE the look! I know, sounds crazy, but it goes to show you that is doesnt have any whitening agents in them. Also, they hold up great. Luz sleeps 9+ hours through the night and I am happy to say we have NEVER had a leak with them! I will most definitiall be keeping a package of these on hand for my cloth diaper breaks, and will be taking a package with me to the beach for a week, when I wont be able to cloth diaper.
Here is a link to an awsome coupon to try out a package for yourself!
