Have you ever wondered how much your baby knows? I mean they come out as this little tiny living bean. What does their brain know? What does it understand?" Luz took my by surprise yesterday when she signed "milk" back to me. She just turned 6 months old, and i am in shock. I am so proud. We call it teta or tetita in our house (this is our nursing word) and you can even see after she does the sign, she TRYS to say TETA and she mouths it perfect, but now sound comes out. I know more signs are in the making! I am so excited for this journey with her.

ReplyDeleteI signed with Noah when he was a little. He actually had problems with his speech and it was a great way for us to communicate and not cause frustration.
